Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with a maximum of eight clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing. Integrate multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while leveraging the support of a full-time Admissions & Assessment team and participating in collaborative case discussions. Build strong client relationships through engaging video collaboration and evening availability to meet diverse client needs. Maintain consistency with predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads, supported by dedicated operational, HR, and IT staff.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
