Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, leveraging modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Build strong client relationships through group sessions with a maximum of eight participants while collaborating on case discussions with the clinical team. Maintain steady caseloads and predictable weekly schedules supported by a dedicated admissions and assessment team. Available evenings to meet client needs, with flexible part-time or full-time W-2 options ranging from 12 to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians ONLY
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Available evenings to meet client needs
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
- Passionate and skilled in group services
- Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred
