Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, leveraging modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Build strong client relationships within groups of up to eight individuals and participate in collaborative case discussions to develop new skills. Maintain steady caseloads with predictable weekly schedules while remaining available for evening meetings to meet client needs. Master's degree in mental health required with independent Massachusetts licensure; experience with youth and group services preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults
- Ability to collaborate on case discussions
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to work in a virtual setting
