Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing. Integrate multiple modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while participating in case discussions to leverage team expertise. Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team and maintain strong client relationships through engaging video sessions. Positions are available part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week with evening availability). Requires an independent Massachusetts license (LMHC) and a Master's degree. Familiarity with cloud-based tools and EMR systems is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults
- Ability to work in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
