Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults using modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR, with a maximum of eight clients per group to foster deep, sustainable healing. Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team and participate in case discussions to leverage collective expertise. Maintain consistent weekly schedules with predictable caseloads while remaining available for evening sessions to meet client needs. Work within a virtual setting utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems, supported by dedicated operational staff and free online CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Experience with youth/young adults
- Passion and skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
- Availability of evenings to meet client needs
- Commitment to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Agreement to Privacy Policy
- Agreement to Terms of Service
- Agreement to receive SMS messages from Charlie Health regarding application
Desired Qualifications
