Job Summary
Provide in-person therapy services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, participating in case discussions and building strong relationships within groups of up to eight clients. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while leveraging expertise from a full-time Admissions & Assessment team to support exceptional care delivery. Maintain a steady caseload with predictable weekly schedules, utilizing cloud-based tools and EMR systems to manage client needs effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Independent license in Massachusetts
- LMHC license
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- On-Site in Peabody, Massachusetts office
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- W-2 employment classification
- Independently licensed mental health clinicians
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability
