Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to join SonderMind’s network in Troutdale, OR. Provide therapy via telehealth or in-person with flexible hours and ongoing referrals. Role includes credentialing support, guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions (including no-shows), account management support to grow practice across specialties, and access to AI-powered tools (AI Notes, Session Takeaways, Session Prep, Goal Setting, Treatment Plan, Reflections) to streamline documentation and client engagement. Therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, must be fully licensed in OR, and will be compensated at $80-$111 per hour based on license type and session type.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)
