Therapists will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, care coordination and credentialing support, and client-matching assistance while maintaining independent practice. Clinical responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, collaborating with clients on goals and care plans, and utilizing AI-supported notes, session takeaways, and treatment planning features. Must hold licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LISW, or LP and possess a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field; compensation ranges from $80-$111 per hour depending on license type, session location, and types, with pay processed bi-weekly.
