Responsibilities include delivering counseling to clients, maintaining active state licensure, accepting insurance from major payors, onboarding existing clients, receiving referrals, and collaborating with an account manager to grow your practice across specialties. Compensation ranges from $80 to $111 per hour, with bi-weekly guaranteed pay for completed sessions and support for credentialing, space-agnostic practice, and flexible working hours. Therapists must hold a master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, and be fully licensed to practice independently in Oregon. Location noted: Albany, OR (Telehealth and in-person sessions supported).
