Pay is hourly ($80-$111) with guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions and billing handled by SonderMind. Clinicians can bring existing clients, receive referrals, and benefit from insurer credentialing support, AI-powered clinical tools (notes, planning, reflections), and dedicated account management to grow their practice. No office space is provided by SonderMind; therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space if needed.
