Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Oregon)

Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join SonderMind's network with flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person. Must hold a Master’s degree or higher and be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently. Responsibilities include delivering therapy, onboarding clients, utilizing AI-powered tools to streamline documentation (AI Notes, session takeaways, goal setting, treatment plans), and benefiting from practitioner referrals and dedicated practice support. Compensation is hourly ($80-$111) with guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, and no membership fees. Therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, while SonderMind facilitates credentialing with major insurers and provides billing support and referrals.
