Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist joining SonderMind network to provide therapy with the flexibility to conduct sessions via telehealth or in-person. Responsibilities include leveraging AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burden, credentialing support for insurers, accepting insurance in your state, onboarding existing clients, and growing a practice with referrals and dedicated account management. Must maintain state licensure and provide clinical therapy with clients in a self-managed practice setup; compensation is hourly with guaranteed pay per completed sessions and no office space provided by SonderMind. Location hint: Syracuse, NY area.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)
