Job Summary
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through personalized psychotherapy, helping clients define goals and gain insights across the general spectrum of conditions. Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with the integrated care team for coordinated psychiatric and therapeutic support. Provide crisis intervention when necessary and utilize a measurement-based care approach to track outcomes and inform ongoing care plans. Manage electronic health records accurately using EMR systems. Work a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days telehealth, with flexibility to design your own full-time hours in advance.
Required Qualifications
- Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) in the state of Texas
- Experience conducting compressive assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans
- Proficiency in using an EMR system and ensuring accurate and up to date electronic health records for all patient encounters
- Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Desire and ability to see a general spectrum of mental health conditions
- Must be available for full-time hours
- Must be available for three days a week onsite
- Must be available for two days a week telehealth
