Job Summary
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, leveraging modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR with a maximum group size of eight clients. Collaborate with the Admissions & Assessment team and participate in case discussions to develop new skills and perspectives. Maintain strong client relationships through in-depth work sessions while adhering to evening availability requirements for full-time roles. Complete state background checks for clearance, with costs covered by the organization. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to meaningful behavioral health treatment for teens and young adults from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in North Carolina
- LCSW-A
- LCMHC
- LMFTA
- LCSW
- LCMHCA
- LMFT
- 100% Remote work capability
- W-2 employment classification
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Familiarity with EMR
- Familiarity with outcomes software
- Ability to provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Ability to collaborate on case discussions
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to provide in-depth work to create sustainable healing
- Ability to work evenings to meet client needs
- Ability to complete state background checks for clearance to see clients
- Ability to receive reimbursement for new license applications
