Licensed Mental Health Therapist (No Associates) - Remote

Telehealth opportunity for licensed mental health providers to join Rula’s network as 1099 contractors. Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC licensure and be licensed in Washington; ability to provide telehealth sessions. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protections for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Role emphasizes credentialing support, complete schedule autonomy, high-quality client referrals, and admin support handling billing, claims, and EHR tasks, allowing clinicians to focus on client care. Remote work is supported with location hints in WA and TX (Houston). Minimum administrative duties include EHR notes and insurance processing, while clinical care remains with the provider. Candidates should be comfortable operating in private practice-like settings within a telehealth framework.
