Job Summary
Provide telehealth mental health services to clients in Washington as a licensed LMFT/LICSW/LMHC contractor for Rula. You will operate as a 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy, supported credentialing onboarding with insurance partners, and full administrative support handling billing, claims, and EHR. Set your availability, determine client load, and deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families from a remote setting. Compensation is $80 per hour per 53-minute session, with guaranteed pay every two weeks via direct deposit. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, ongoing professional development through CEU subscriptions, and a collaborative therapist community within Rula.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC
