Job Summary
Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Therapist role in a 1099 contractor network. Focus on delivering quality client care with full schedule autonomy while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks. Must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) and able to provide telehealth; offers flexible hours and no minimum caseloads. High-quality clinical practice with access to credentialing support and client referrals, enabling clinicians to focus on therapy rather than admin. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payments every two weeks, and ongoing professional development via CEU courses.

- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
