Job Summary
Licensed mental health professionals (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) join Rula as 1099 contractors to deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Remote work is supported; credentialing assistance is provided to get you enrolled with insurer networks and ready to see clients quickly. You choose your schedule with complete autonomy, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and administrative tasks. Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, paid biweekly via direct deposit, with guaranteed payments for no-shows and late cancellations. Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth; locations listed include WA and Columbus, OH for remote placements. The role emphasizes private practice-style clinical care, client referrals, and ongoing professional development within a supportive therapist community.
