Job Summary
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, with a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster in-depth work. Integrate multiple modalities including DBT, CBT, and EMDR, while collaborating on case discussions to leverage team expertise. Build strong client relationships through engaging video sessions and participate in case discussions to develop new skills. Schedule flexibility is available for part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week with evening availability required) roles. Complete state background checks for clearance, with costs covered by the employer. This position supports Charlie Health's mission to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment by expanding access to meaningful care from the comfort of home.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in New Jersey
- LCSW
- LPC
- LMFT
- LSW
- LAC
- AMFT
- 100% remote work capability
- W-2 employment classification
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
- Ability to provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting
- Evening availability required
- Ability to collaborate on case discussions
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients in groups of maximum 8
- Ability to integrate multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
- Experience with teens and young adults
- Skill in group services
- Collaborative, creative, and engaging communication style on video
- Committed to self-care and addressing the rural mental health crisis
- Ability to complete several state background checks for clearance to see clients
