Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist responsible for conducting culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and providing outpatient individual and family therapy, developing crisis and wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensuring timely documentation and billing. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team, with supervision opportunities and ongoing professional development. Requires master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field and active PA license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or eligibility for licensure; competitive benefits and onboarding support described. Location: Coulters, PA (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Must hold a current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or be eligible for licensure by time of hire
- Experience or commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Ability to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
