Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to provide culturally sensitive, strength-based outpatient therapy (individual and family) in Harmony, PA. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, ensuring timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff. Requirements include a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field and an active PA license (or eligibility) with commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice. Required Qualifications
