Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist responsible for delivering outpatient individual and family therapy, conducting culturally sensitive assessments, and developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff) to provide holistic care, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization. Must hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field and an active PA license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or be eligible for licensure by hire; strong communication skills and ethical practice required. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by time of hire
