Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; conduct culturally sensitive assessments; participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff) to deliver holistic mental health care; contribute to ongoing growth and professional development while maintaining ethical practice and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Current and active professional license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure by time of hire
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently
- Dedication to ongoing professional development in mental health including continuing education
