Job Summary
Provide therapy services within SonderMind’s clinician network using AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burden and enhance client care. Offer telehealth or in-person sessions, credentialing support, and referrals, with guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions. Operate with flexible hours and manage your own practice, while leveraging AI features for notes, session takeaways, goals, and care plans. Must hold a Master’s degree or higher and be fully licensed to practice independently in your state. Compensation ranges from $77 to $105 per hour, with pay determined by license type, session location, and session type. Note: therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, though SonderMind can connect you with other therapists to share space.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)
