Job Summary
Join SonderMind as a licensed mental health therapist in Minnesota; work independently with telehealth or in-person sessions, credentialing handled, guaranteed pay bi-weekly, referrals, and AI-powered tools to streamline your practice. Must hold a master's degree or higher and be fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LISW, etc.). Flexible working hours with the ability to set your own schedule; need to secure your own in-person space while SonderMind can help connect you with other therapists for space sharing. Pay ranges from $77–$105 per hour, with bi-weekly guaranteed pay for completed sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
