Job Summary
Provide licensed mental health therapy to clients in Minnesota via telehealth or in-person sessions. Must hold a Master’s degree or higher and be licensed by the state board to practice independently. Role includes joining SonderMind’s network, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline documentation, handling insurance credentialing through the platform, and benefiting from guaranteed pay bi-weekly for completed sessions. Therapists maintain ownership of their practice, receive client referrals, and can set their own hours while delivering care with a focus on reducing administrative burdens. Therapists are responsible for securing their own in-person space, while SonderMind assists with billing and referrals and provides practice-support resources.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP)
- Pay: $77-$105 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
