Job Summary
Hybrid outpatient mental health therapist role delivering individual, family, and/or couples psychotherapy with a minimum of 32 client sessions per week. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT; maintain timely clinical documentation; participate in supervision/meetings; primarily serving adults in a Canton, OH-based clinic with a strong emphasis on in-person work (75% or greater).
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license as a LPCC, LISW, or LISW-S
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
