Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing outpatient individual and family therapy in King of Prussia, PA. Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, and participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff) to deliver holistic mental health care. Responsibilities include timely billing and insurance authorization forms, and maintaining high professional standards. Requires a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and an active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in VA and/or MD or eligible for licensure by hire. Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire
- Experience working in outpatient mental health settings and providing individual and family therapy (preferred)
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other providers
