Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to join Columbia Mental Health (Transformations Care Network) in Arlington area. Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participate in case conferences and discharge planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists. Roles emphasize growth, licensure support, and professional development within a supportive clinical and administrative framework. Required Qualifications
