Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist role at Columbia Mental Health within Transformations Care Network. Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis/safety/relapse/wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure timely billing and documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians. Requirements include a master’s or doctoral degree in a related field and an active license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LCP) in VA/MD or eligibility by hire. Required Qualifications
