Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy; develop culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments; create crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations; engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians; roles require a master’s or doctoral degree and an active professional license in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligibility for licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire
