Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Conduct culturally sensitive assessments, develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, ensure timely documentation and billing, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care. Licensed therapists will practice with a focus on ethical confidentiality, maintain professional development, and contribute to a supportive clinical environment with leadership and supervision opportunities. Base compensation is per billable unit, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing onboarding and education resources. Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
