Job Summary
Deliver scheduled teletherapy sessions using a secure platform to clients across Louisiana, focusing on anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges. Create treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs while keeping documentation accurate and completed on time. Support clients with common concerns and refer out for additional services when clinically appropriate. Follow compliance standards, privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines throughout the week. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with benefits including health insurance, 401K matching, and two weeks of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active Louisiana LMFT or LPC license (in good standing)
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field aligned with licensure
- Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or families
- Strong organization skills and dependable follow-through on notes
- Ability to work remote with a private, professional environment
