Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in Gustine, CA sought to join LifeStance Health’s outpatient clinical team. Provide evidence-based mental health services to adults and/or children/adolescents in a flexible model offering telemedicine and in-person care. Compensation range $117K-$134K based on productivity, full benefits (health/dental/vision/life, 401k with match, paid parental leave, EAP), cash incentive bonus, and strong administrative support. Fully licensed in CA (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT) required. Must be able to work within a national behavioral health practice focused on accessible, high-quality care across both clinic and digital health platforms.
