Job Summary
Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults, children, and adolescents in a hybrid model combining telemedicine and in-person care at our West Linn, OR clinic. Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services while maintaining strong work-life balance and utilizing full administrative support. Reside within commutable distance of local clinic locations and maintain Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
