Job Summary
Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans while providing individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities. Maintain an active caseload of approximately 5–6 clients per day for full-time roles or 3–4 clients per day for part-time positions, ensuring a minimum of 25 or 15 clients per week respectively. Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation, actively seek parent and patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals, and participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required. Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in California (Active & Registered with BBS/BOP)
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
- Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.)
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
