Job Summary
Manage a caseload of 8–12 youth by providing bi-weekly individual therapy, group therapy, family engagement, and weekly psychoeducational sessions. Conduct mandated screenings, clinical assessments, and crisis interventions while completing daily clinical documentation and treatment plans. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, youth staffings, and collaborative planning with behavioral health staff and detention personnel. Maintain flexibility for assigned daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts within facility operating hours.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current, active Maryland licensure (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LGADC, LCADC, ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD)
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional counseling experience
- Experience providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and electronic documentation systems
- Ability to successfully pass federal, state, and Child Protective Services (CPS) background investigations
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, weekend, and company-observed holiday shifts based on organizational needs
