Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning; ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms; work closely with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to deliver holistic mental health care; contribute to ongoing professional development and emphasize ethical practice and patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
