Job Summary
Provide outpatient individual and family therapy with a culturally sensitive, strength-based approach. Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team. Ensure timely billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization. Work in a collaborative environment supporting professional growth and licensure progress within Columbia Mental Health and Transformations Care Network.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Must hold a current and active professional license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or be eligible for licensure by the time of hire.
