Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) role focusing on outpatient individual and family therapy, culturally sensitive assessments, crisis and safety planning, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and thorough documentation and billing processes. Responsibilities include conducting strength-based assessments, delivering tailored outpatient therapy, developing crisis and wellness plans, participating in case consultations and discharge planning, ensuring timely completion of treatment plans and insurance authorizations, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff. Requires master’s or doctoral degree and current active licensure in VA or MD (or eligibility). Required Qualifications
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
