Job Summary
Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population, conducting diagnostic assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with physicians, schools, families, and other providers. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and consultations. Offer clinical supervision to provisionally licensed therapists if qualified, with additional compensation available. Manage a caseload of approximately 25 sessions weekly with flexible scheduling, including some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Kansas LCPC, LCMFT, or LSCSW license in good standing
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Kansas
- Experience providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with diverse populations
- Ability to establish healthy therapeutic boundaries
- Timely documentation habits
- Some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs
Desired Qualifications
