Job Summary
Conduct approximately 25 client sessions weekly using evidence-based therapy, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care with physicians, schools, families, and other providers. Collaborate with an engaged team, participate in consultations and trainings, and utilize clinical judgment freely. Provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed therapists if qualified and interested, with additional compensation for this role. Some evening or weekend availability is expected to meet client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Kansas LCPC, LCMFT, or LSCSW license in good standing
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Kansas
- Experience providing diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with diverse populations
- Ability to establish healthy therapeutic boundaries
- Timely documentation habits
- Some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs
Desired Qualifications
