Job Summary
Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults in a virtual setting, leveraging modalities such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR. Build strong client relationships within groups of up to eight individuals and participate in collaborative case discussions to develop new skills. Maintain steady caseloads with predictable weekly schedules, with full-time roles requiring evening availability and part-time positions at a minimum of 12 hours per week. This role supports Charlie Health's mission to expand access to personalized behavioral health treatment for youth in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Independent or associate licensure in Kentucky
- CSW
- LPCA
- Marriage and Family Therapy Associates
- LCSW
- LPCC
- LMFT
- 100% Remote (W-2)
- Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician
- Master's degree in mental health or related field
- Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on part-time or full-time W2
- Familiar with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
