Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) - Spanish-Speaking Female Needed in Burlington County

Job Summary
Provide individual in-home therapy and telehealth sessions for youth with mental health disorders in Southern New Jersey; perform bio-psycho-social assessments; deliver coping and social skills, anger management, and reduction of risk behaviors; support decision-making for youth and caretakers; collaborate with the Child Family Treatment Team; complete intake, treatment plans, and DAP notes; attend monthly meetings and submit clinical documentation; training for Bio-Psycho-Social assessments; part-time schedule (6–10 hours/week after school, 12–8pm with weekend flexibility); manage a caseload of 2–3 clients; ensure compliance with background checks and drug screens; maintain NJ licensure and credentialing; remote/telehealth as needed in addition to in-home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, LFT)
- Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training
- Crisis Intervention Training (or willingness to train)
- Post-internship field experience with youth with mental health disorders
- Experience creating treatment plans, treatment goals, progress notes, and initial assessments
- Experience with CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, Trauma-Focused approaches
- Knowledge of DSM-V for assessments and diagnosis
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Able to pass state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment drug screen
