Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) - Portuguese-Speaking Female Needed in Burlington County

Job Summary
Provide in-home and telehealth therapeutic services to youth in Southern New Jersey; conduct bio-psycho-social assessments; develop and implement treatment plans; manage a 2–3 client caseload part-time; collaborate with the Child Family Treatment Team and other professionals; ensure timely documentation (intake, treatment plans, DAP notes); participate in monthly meetings and mandatory clinical documentation; training in Bio-Psycho-Social assessments preferred; must have NJ licensure and a master’s degree; after-school hours 12pm–8pm, with weekend flexibility a plus; valid NJ driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screen; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship; telehealth as needed is allowed.”,
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
- Active license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, LSW, LFT); candidates with out-of-state licenses may be considered if reciprocity applies
- Has Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training
- Has some training or willing to complete Crisis Intervention Training
- Has post-internship field experience working with youth with mental health disorders with clinical experience
- Has experience with creating treatment planning, treatment goals setting, progress notes, and initial assessments
- Has experience in various counseling approaches: CBT, REBT, Gestalt, DBT, and Trauma Response
- Knows how to use the DSM-V for Assessments and Diagnosis
- Must be available for a minimum 6-10 hours per week during after-school hours of 12noon through 8pm. Weekend flexibility is a plus.
- Must maintain a minimum caseload of 2–3 clients for part-time staff
- Must have experience providing positive behavior supports.
- Must have prior experience working with children ages 3-20, and working with children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a plus.
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass all state and federal background checks
- A pre-employment, post conditional job offer drug screen is required for this role.
- Must submit resume plus copies of master’s degree, with a copy of NJ or Certification or License.
