Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) – Male Provider Needed in Middlesex County

Part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) sought to provide in-home and telehealth therapeutic services to youth across New Jersey. Responsibilities include delivering individual in-home therapy and telehealth sessions, conducting bio-psycho-social assessments when applicable, teaching coping and social skills, anger management, and reducing risk behaviors such as self-injurious or aggressive actions. The role involves improving decision-making for youth and caregivers, collaborating with the Child Family Treatment Team and other professionals, timely documentation (intake, treatment plans, DAP notes), attending monthly meetings, and completing mandatory clinical documentation. Candidates should be equipped to train for bio-psycho-social assessments, hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, have trauma counseling training, familiarity with CBT/REBT/Gestalt/DBT, and knowledge of DSM-V. Requires NJ driver’s license, ability to work 6-10 hours weekly after-school (12–8pm), maintain a 2–3 client caseload for part-time staff, and pass background checks and drug screen. Compensation ranges from $60-$75 per hour.
