Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) - Male Provider Needed in Mercer County

Part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist needed to provide in-home and telehealth therapy for youth in New Jersey. Responsibilities include delivering individual in-home therapy and telehealth services, performing bio-psycho-social assessments when trained, providing coping and social skills coaching, anger management, reducing risk behaviors (e.g., SIB, aggression), improving decision-making for youth and caregivers, collaborating with the Child Family Treatment Team, completing intake/treatment plan documentation, attending monthly meetings and submitting clinical notes, and training for bio-psycho-social assessments. Requirements include a master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related fields, trauma counseling training, crisis intervention training, post-internship field experience with youth, experience with treatment planning and progress notes, familiarity with DSM-V for assessments and diagnosis, availability for 6-10 hours per week after-school (12pm–8pm) with weekend flexibility, maintaining a 2–3 client caseload for part-time roles, experience with positive behavior supports, work with children ages 3–20 (I/DD a plus), valid NJ driver’s license, ability to pass state/federal background checks, pre-employment drug screen, resume and degree/license copies, and no H-1B sponsorship. State reciprocity considered, but candidates should be within 25–30 minutes of service areas.
