Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services in-office, in schools, and via telehealth while maintaining a minimum of 15 billable clinical hours weekly. Complete timely clinical documentation including psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing records. Assess clients for additional services such as psychiatric evaluations and medication management, and participate in supervision and professional development trainings. Work at least two days in-office from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM and provide evening telehealth coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on designated evenings. This hybrid role supports a growing outpatient mental health team serving children, adolescents, and adults with evidence-based care.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Maryland license in good standing (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and general computer applications
- Reliable transportation for travel between office and community/school locations
- Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills
- Successful completion of state and federal background checks prior to employment
