Job Summary
Provide individual, family, and group therapy services in-office, within local schools, and via telehealth while meeting weekly billable productivity expectations. Complete timely clinical documentation including psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing records. Develop and update treatment plans, assess clients for psychiatric evaluations and medication management, and participate in supervision and professional development trainings. Maintain a Maryland license and work a hybrid schedule with two office days from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM and evening telehealth availability from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Join an outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Maryland license in good standing (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or LCMFT)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and general computer applications
- Reliable transportation for travel between office and community/school locations
- Strong organizational, time management, and independent work skills
- Successful completion of state and federal background checks prior to employment
