Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) with Master’s-level licensure seeking to launch or expand a private practice. The role involves joining Headway’s network to start accepting insurance, credentialing across states, and growing practice with access to a nationwide insurance network, built-in EHR features, scheduling, secure messaging, and ongoing CEUs through Headway Academy. Eligible providers can expect bi-weekly payments, oversight for compliance/audit support, and the ability to see clients through in-network plans like Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist with Master’s level licensure or higher (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, LCSCW)
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Willingness to launch or grow private practice
- Ability to work with insurance networks (credentialing and in-network participation)
